Product Overview
Activated alumina is one of the most common industrial catalyst supports; its pore structure, bulk density, and crush strength directly determine active-phase dispersion and catalyst life. Through pseudoboehmite precursor and forming-process control, Yuanzhen Materials offers spheres of 2-5 mm with 200-300 square meters per gram surface area and radial crush strength above 80 N per bead.
The product is used to support Claus sulfur recovery, methanol synthesis, and hydrogenation guard catalysts, with water absorption matched to customer impregnation lines. Low-sodium, high-purity, and custom pore-distribution grades are available.
