A third-party audit team recently carried out a two-day ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit at Yuanzhen Materials. The scope covered raw material procurement, process control, product inspection, customer service, and non-conforming product handling.
Through site walkthroughs, record sampling, and staff interviews, the auditors confirmed that the quality management system remains effective, with batch records, deviation handling, and change control executed to standard. No non-conformities were raised.
The company will continue digitizing quality management, embedding automatic capture and statistical analysis of key process parameters into its daily improvement loop to serve high-end materials customers with consistent batches.
